Welcome from our Captains

It is a great honour and privilege for us to be asked to serve as Captains of Willesley Park Golf Club for the year 2025/26. As Captains we would like to extend a warm welcome to all who play or visit Willesley Park Golf Club during our captaincy.

Willesley Park Golf Club was laid out in existing mature parkland and has an enviable heritage and reputation which we are all proud of. We have the distinction of having our final layout influenced by two great course designers, initially James Braid and later Alister Mackenzie. This beautiful heath and park land course is set in the National Forest in North West Leicestershire and offers open views of the surrounding countryside and historic town of Ashby de la Zouch. We hope you enjoy your experience at Willesley Park, whether you are an elite amateur playing in the Leicestershire Fox, or a relative newcomer to the game.
